At FoodJin, we take the safety and well-being of our chefs and diners very seriously at all times, which is why we have issued a series of guidelines that we are asking our chefs to follow strictly. Please see below these guidelines for your information.

• We are aware that chefs are working with fire, gas, and hot grease. In case of an accident, please dial the app's emergency button, which will dial 9-1-1.
• All of our host kitchens are inspected to make sure they meet the safety and hygiene requirements.
• All FoodJin chefs must clear a background check. All of our chefs are trustworthy and reliable.
• All of our chefs must follow standard health and hygiene procedures when working and handling food.
• Once a dish is prepared, it's carefully sealed and packaged for delivery. Food that arrives with the seal broken should not be consumed and must be reported immediately.
